Title: Expression of Interest for Distribution Network Poles and Accompanying Materials for Solar Mini Grid in Nigeria

Preamble

The Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH, "Nigeria Energy Support Programme- NESP", Co-funded by the European Union and the Federal Ministry of Economic Cooperation and Development of Germany, would like to procure "Distribution Network Poles and Accompanying materials for Solar Mini Grid In Nigeria" with the following minimum but not Limited specifications.

Scope of Work

Lot No / Item Description:

Lot 1 / 9,200 pieces 8.6m Concrete Poles / 1,700 pieces 12m Concrete poles, 2,000 Sets of Stay Wire, 2,000 Pole Earthing sets
Lot 2 / 2,000 Set Electrical Service Entrance Panel (Three Phase), 2,000 Set - Service entrance earthing Set, 35,000 Set Electrical Service entrance panel (Single Phase)

Eligibility Requirements

Accordingly, GIZ invites interested Bidders to furnish GIZ Nigeria Country Office with the following:

Comprehensive company profile
An official letter expressing interest.
Evidence of registration with Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC), and Memorandum of Association Clearly Indicating Business Area of Electrification Equipment and Material.
A Bank Introductory letter.
Evidence of Pole Manufacturer’s Certification by NEMSA
Evidence of experience with previous similar jobs in supply and delivery of Electric Concrete Poles and accompanying Materials. Only third-party evidence will be considered, not a generated list of similar jobs by bidders.

5pm Monday, 6th September, 2021.
