Scope of Work

The U. S. Embassy Abuja has a requirement for a vendor to provide:

IPhone 12 PRO MAX Silicone Case with MagSafe - Black - 70 each
Apple iPhone 11 Silicone Case - Black - 40 each
Apple iPhone 11 PRO Silicone Case - Black - 30 each
Belkin iPhone 12 PRO Max Screen Protector Ultra-Glass Anti-Microbial (Ultimate Protection+reduces Bacteria on Screen up to 99%), Clear (OVA039zz) - 70 each
Belkin iPhone 12 Pro/iPhone 12 Screen Protector (Ultra-Glass Anti Microbial Ultimate Protection + Reduces Bacteria on Screen Up to 99%), Clear (OVA037zz) - 70 each

Eligibility Requirements

For a valid quote, please note the following:

Include complete specifications, samples / pictures (where applicable), return policy and total shipment weight along with your quotes.
Vendor must state BOLDLY if offering alternatives.

Note

The preferred shipping mode is (Door - To - Door direct shipment using DHL, UPS, FedEx to U.S Embassy Abuja, Plot 1075 Diplomatic Drive, Central Business District Abuja - Nigeria.
The evaluation criteria for this requirement will include price, technical acceptability and past performance.
Payment term is Net 30.
Unsuccessful offerors may not be contacted.
Vendors must state delivery terms (How long it will take to deliver).
