Preamble
The United States Embassy, Abuja invites you to submit a proposal to furnish and install radio communication tower at the USG residential compound (Santa Fe), located at 5 Osara Close, Maitama, Abuja in accordance with the attached Statement of Work (SOW) and Request for Proposal (RFP).
Scope of Work
This RFP includes the following:
Site Location
The site visit for this requirement has been scheduled as below:
Date: August 23rd, 2021.
Time: 10am,
Venue: 5 Osara Close, Maitama, Abuja District, Abuja
Prospective offerors must send the names of their representatives (no more than two per company) to:
Abujaprocurement@state.gov no later than August 18, 2021 to secure entry into the compound.
Application Closing Date
27th August, 2021.
Submission of Document
For your proposal to be considered, you must complete and submit all the documents as required in section J of the solicitation.
Your proposal must be submitted by email to the Contracting Officer at:
AbujaProcBids@State.gov with the following Subject Line "Solicitation # PR101101773 – Santa Fe Radio Tower Replacement”.
Late proposal will not be accepted.
Additional Information
- The Embassy intends to award a contract or purchase order to the responsible company submitting an acceptable offer at the lowest price. We intend to award a contract based on initial proposal, without holding discussions, although we may hold discussions with companies in the competitive range if there is a need to do so.
