Preamble

The Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH; through its "GIZ Fund for Agricultural Policy Advice and Innovation (FABI)", financed by the German Government, hereby invites interested and qualified consulting firms to express their interest

Scope of Work

For the development of a set of additional (gender-sensitive) regulations and implementation plans for the ECOWAS rice sector based on a gap analysis.

Requirements

Accordingly, GIZ invites interested and qualified consulting firms to express their interest by furnishing GIZ Nigeria Country Office with the following:

An official letter expressing interest
Minimum of 10 employees as at 31.12.20 (kindly state number of employees in your company profile).
Reference 5 previous comparable projects and all five projects should be within the Africa region.
Tax clearance certificate for the last 3 years clearly indicating (minimum) average turnover per year of 74,000,000 naira (for national applicants) or applicable official document stating equivalent of minimum average turnover (of I 50,000Euro) for the last 3 years (for regional applicants).

Thursday, 2nd September, 2021.
