The Borno State Government invites competent, eligible contractors and bidders with sealed bids to bid for the following lots:

This Invitation for Bids follows the General Procurement Notice (GPN) for this project that appeared in UNDB online of 5th March, 2019 and on the African Development Bank Groups Internet Website.

The Federal Republic of Nigeria has received Financing from the African Development Bank in various currencies towards the cost of Inclusive Basic Service Delivery and Livelihood Empowerment Integrated Programme. It is intended that part of the proceeds of this loan will be applied to eligible payments under the contract for the procurement of works for the construction of Model Primary
Healthcare centers with accommodation for nurses

Preamble

The Project Implementation Unit, Inclusive Basic Service Delivery and Livelihood Empowerment Integrated Programme Borno State now invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the execution of the works for the Constriction of primary health-care centers with Nurses accommodations, in MMC, Damasak, Marte, Kwaya Kusar and Damboa.

Collection of Bid Document
A complete set of bidding documents may be purchased by interested bidders on submission of a written application to the above and upon payment of a non refundable fee of Fifty thousand Naira (N50, 000.00) per LOT. All payments must be made into the following account:

The provisions in the Instructions to Bidders and in the General Conditions of Contract are the provisions of the African Development Bank Standard Bidding Document for Procurement of Works.

Bids Opening Date

4th September, 2021.

Bids will be opened in the presence of bidder's, representatives who choose to attend at 1:00pm at the Conference Hall of Borno State Rural Water Supply and Sanitation Agency, No.1 Airport Road Maiduguri, Nigeria.

Application Closing Date

12:00am 4th September, 2021.

Submission of Bid Documents

Bids must be delivered to the office below on or before the stated closing date and must be accompanied by a security of N10,630,000.00 for LOT 1 and N6,664,000.00 for LOT 2.
