The Ministry of Science and Technology Sokoto State invites reputable, competent and experienced contractors to indicate interest by submitting tender documents for the following works:

The Federal Ministry of Science & Technology is a Nigerian ministry whose mission is to facilitate the development and deployment of science and technology apparatus to enhance the pace of socio-economic development of the country through appropriate technological inputs into productive activities in the nation.

Title: Invitation to Tender for the Supply of double bunk beds and mattresses.

Preamble

Ministry of Science and Technology hereby invite reputable and interested Contractors with requisite expertise and experience to submit Technical and financial bids for the contract below.

Supply of 2,500 double bunk beds
Supply of 5,000 mattresses.

Eligibility Requirements

Respective bidder shall have the following as pre-requisite in addition to any requirement contained in any solicitation document.

Professional and Technical Qualification to carry Out procurement,
Financial capability.
Equipment and other relevant infrastructure.
Evidence of registration with BPP and PPP and State Tenders Board.
Evidence of Tax clearance (up to date)

Application Opening Date

10:00am Tuesday, 3rd August, 2021.

Application Closing Date

3rd August, 2021.

Opening of Bid Documents

All bid documents will be opened at:

Submission of Documents

Interested Bidder /Contractor shall prepare quotation/bill to that effect and submit all relevant documents in sealed envelope with the title of the project applied to:
