Title: Expression of Interest for USAID Integrated Health Program (IHP)
Preamble
lHP covers seven intervention areas: Health Systems Strengthening, Maternal Health, New born Health, Child Health, Reproductive Health, Family Planning, Nutrition, and Malaria.
The project will be implemented at the National level and is Ebonyi, Kebbi, Sokoto, FCT, and Bauchi States.
In compliance with procurement best practices, IHP is calling for Expression of Interest (EOl) from interested, competent, and qualified, duly established companies in Abuja-FCT to participate in the pre-qualification exercise is any of the areas of specialized categories of goods, services, or works below:
Code / Service Area
- IHP/FCT/001 / Hotel Services (E.g. Hall Accommodation. Meals for trainings. workshop. etc.)
- IHP/FCT/002 / Catering Services (E.g group lunch, tea, and refreshment, etc.)
- IHP/FCT/003 / Computers and Printers repairs (e.g. preventive, and corrective maintenance, parts replacement and supplies).
- IHP/FCT/004 / Stationeries and Office Supplies (E.g. A4 Papers, Printer Toners, etc)
Eligibility and Selection Criteria
The minimum eligibility requirement and selection criteria areas follows:
- Cover Page indicating category(s) of interest and related CODE Number(s).
- Company Profile; registered address(s), official/functional emails, telephone numbers, and point of contact for the company.
- Evidence of legal registration of the company (CAC registration certificate, FORM CO7, and FORM CO2)
- Latest Tax Clearance Certificate for the past three years.
- Evidence of Registration with relevant Regulatory bodies (hotel service)
- Evidence of possession of experience in the line of business you are applying for. Where possible, provide reference letters from at least five (5) reputable organizations, preferably NGOs, attesting to an active or past business relationship and level of performance (the letters or lists must have relevant addresses, contact persons, telephone numbers, and emails) for due diligence confirmation;

Submission of Document
A company cannot express interest in more than two (2) categories. Hard copies of the EOIs documents should be bound together, guided by the following:
- Must have an operational presence for each category Abuja-FCT
- Sealed in an envelope and marked on the top right side with category reference. Example "IHP/FCT/001 HOTEL SERVICES".
- The EOI submission must be addressed and submitted to the State Director of Finance and Administration, USAID Integrated Health Program (IHP), and submitted to the location of the address listed below:

Additional Information
- IHP is Value Added Tax (VAT) exempted but deducts withholding tax (WHT) in compliance with relevant Nigerian tax Laws.

- As part of the pre-qualification process, IHP may visit the location(s) of prospecting suppliers to access their physical presence and capability.
- Only successful pre-qualified suppliers would be invited to participate is IHP routine Request for Quotation (RFQ) or Request for Proposals (RFP).
