Invitation To Tender For 2017 Capital Budget at the Federal Government Girls' College, Gusau

The Federal Government of Nigeria has allocated fun to the Federal Government Girls' College, Gusau, (FGGCG), Federal Ministry of Education (FME), in the 2017 Appropriation for the execution of policies, programmes and projects towards achieving the Ministry's mandate. Accordingly, the FGGCG wishes to Invite reputable contractors to tender for the execution of the under-listed categories of projects to be financed from her appropriation funds for 2017 Budget.

Category A (Works)
Lot No. : Project Description and Location:

• W1: Rehabilitation/Repair of Perimeter Fencing of the College - FGGC, Gusau.
• W2: Renovation of 6 blocks at Girls' Hostels Multipurpose Hall - FGGC, Gusau.
• W3: Construction of 2000 capacity - FGGC, Gusau.
• W4: Renovation of Administrative Block - FGGC, Gusau.

Eligibility Requirements
Prospective bidders must possess the under-listed documents to be eligible in this procurement:

• Evidence of registration with Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC);
• Evidence of Tax Clearance Certificate 2014, 2015 and 2016;
• Evidence of current Pension Commission Clearance Certificate(PENCOM);
• Evidence of Industrial Training Fund Clearance Certificate (ITt);
• Evidence of Registration with National Social insurance Trust fund (NSITF);
• Registration with Bureau of Public Procurement(BPP);
• Evidence of Audited Financial Statement for at least three years (2014,2015 2016)1 Financial support from Bank;
• Evidence of similar work executed within five (5) years (at least three);
• Evidence of construction equipment with proof of ownership or relevant lease agreement;
• Evidence of payment of nor-refundable fee of N120,000.00 (Twenty thousand Hairs) to FGGCG;
• Evidence of technical qualification of Personnel & Registration with Professional Bodies;
• Affidavit that all information are true and correct, Company not bankrupt and no Director is convicted from any court or staff of FME or BPP;
• Evidence of VAT certificate;
• Company Profile with key personnel's technical qualifications and membership of professional bodies;
• A covering letter on Company's letterhead paper bearing the CAC registration No, Phone No, E-mail address, Names, Nationalities and Phone Nos of Company Directors.

Collection of Tenders Documents
Bidders shall pay the sum of N20,000.00 (Twenty Thousand Naira) only to Federal Government Girls' College Gusau before the collection of bid documents.

Submission/Closing Date
All duly completed, Technical and Financial Bids (two sets of hard copies each) shall be submitted in two separate envelopes having Name of contractor,Project Name/Lot No and properly labeled for the Technical and Financial bids respectively. Both envelopes will be enclosed in a larger envelope marked Category/Lot No (Technical and Financial at the Top Right corner and address to:

P.M.B 1085,
Zamfara State.

The bid shall be dropped in the tender box at the College. Bidders are to ensure sign the submission register on submission of the bids, All submissions must be made on or before 12noon on 18th
September, 2017 (6 weeks) and will be publicly opened intermediately after closing of submission same day and time at the school's "Conference Room". Late submission will not be entertained.

Please Note

• All documents submitted may be referred to appropriate quarters for verification and authentication.
• Contractors that bidded for more than one Lot will not be invited for the next bidding process.
• All technical and financial bids packaged together in only one envelope before enclosing in tire large envelope shall be disqualified.
