AS Operations West Africa Limited (ASO), invites interested companies/consultants to submit their Expression of Interest (EOI) aimed at managing and coordinating of cash stipend payments to apprenticeship training beneficiaries and facilitators across the Kano metropolitan area.
MAFITA is a DFID- funded program working across Nigeria's northern states with the aim of empowering marginalized youths and women through the provision of increased economic opportunities and social inclusion. The apprenticeship system it has developed will train beneficiaries in various trade areas.
Mafita is aiming to identify and engage a service provider who will be responsible for the overall management and coordination of cash stipend payments to apprenticeship training beneficiaries and facilitators across the Kano metropolitan area.
Expression of Interest (EOI)
Interested companies are invited to submit their EOI by email as directed below. In order to qualify and receive the bid documents, your EOI must include the following information. If you fail to provide one or more of the following, you may be disqualified:
- 2 -3 page written description outlining your company's experience and involvement with cash payment support services for bulk distribution in Nigeria;
- Evidence of similar recent work including three referees and full contact details for them (name, phone, email, mailing address, office address, company name, etc.); you should also include evidence of contracts that demonstrate you have been engaged to carry out this work previously; if you do not have this, you are required to submit a 2-3 page written explanation of why you feel you are qualified to carry out this work;
- Evidence of a registered office in Kano;
- RC document from Corporate Affairs Commission;
- A copy of your most recent Tax Clearance Certificate; and
- Six months of your most recent business bank statements showing you have funds to carry out this work.
ASO reserves the tight to change or cancel the requirements at any time during the EOI and/or solicitation process. Submitting a response to this EOI does not automatically guarantee that your company will be considered for receipt of the bid documents, when issued.

Submit all required information and supporting documents no later than Monday, August 7, 2017 at 12:00 (noon) Abuja time. Failure to submit your response by this date and time may result in your disqualification.
