Competent Firms/Agencies Needed by the The Federal Airports Authority of Nigeria (FAAN)

In compliance with the Public Procurement Act 2007, the Federal Airports Authority of Nigeria (FAAN) hereby invites competent, reputable and suitably qualified Firms/Agencies to submit bid documents for the Expression of Interest (E0I) for the "Automation of FAAN-Controlled Airports Car parks” under its 2017 financial year (IGR) budget.

Scope Of Work
The scope of "Automation of FAAN-Controlled Airports Car parks" shall include effective and efficient automation of car park(s) in each Airport.

Lot 1: Murtala Muhammed International Airport, Lagos - Two (2) Car Parks.
Lot 2: Nnamdi Azikwe International Airport, Abuja Five(5) Car Parks.
Lot 3: Port-Harcourt International Airport, Port-Harcourt - One (1) Car Park.
Lot 4: Mallam Aminu-Kano International Airport, Kano - Two (2) Car Parks.
Lot 5: Ilorin Airport, Ilorin, - One (1) car Park.
Lot 6: Benin Airport, Benin - Two (2) Car Parks.
Lot 7: Ibadan Airport ibadan - Two (2) Car Parks.
Lot 8: Sultan Saddik Abubakar III International Airport Sokoto - One (1) Car Park.
Lot 9: Akanu Ibiam International Airport Enugu - Two (2) Car Parks.
Lot 10: Minna Airport, Minna - One (1) Car Park.
Lot 11: Marpret Ekpo International Airport, Calabar - One (1) Car Park.
Lot 12: Yola Airport Yola - One(1) Car Park.
Lot 13: Sam Mbakwe Airport, Owerri -Two (2) Car Parks.

Lot 15: Umaru Musa-Yar' Adua International Airport, Katsina - One (1) Car Park.
Lot 16: Yakubu Gowon Airport, Jos - One (1) Car Park.
Lot 17: Makurdi Airport, Makurdi - One (1) Car Park.
Lot 18: Maiduguri Airport, Maiduguri - One (1) Car Park.

Expression Of Interest (EOI) Requirements

• Evidence of company registration (certificate of incorporation of the company)
•  Certified true copy of memorandum and article of association with CAC forms CAC02 & CAC07 inclusive (where applicable)
•  Evidence of tax payments (current tax clearance certificate) for the last three years
• (2014,2015 & 2016).
• VAT registration and evidence of remittance.
• Evidence of Financial capability to  execute the project (Bank reference letter/bank guarantee will form part of the evaluation criteria).
• copies of the audited account of the company for the last three years (2014. 2015 &
• 2016).
• Corporate profile with curriculum vitae showing evidence of professional qualifications of key personnel
• Verifiable evidence of similar works successfully completed / on-going (e.g. letter of award, certificate of completion, contract agreement and certified payment).
• Current Certificate of compliance issued by the National Pension commission as evidence of compliance with the Pension Reform Act 2004.
• Current Certificate of Compliance issued by Industrial Training Fund (lTF) in compliance with Section 6(2) of the ITF Amendment Act 2011.
• Evidence of current registration on the National Database of Contractors, Consultants and Service Providers" by submission of Certificate" or Interim Registration Report" issued by Bureau of Public Procurement (BPP).
• Sworn affidavit disclosing as follows:
  • That all documents submitted are not only correct but genuine.
  • That the Director(s) has/ have never been convicted by any court of law.
  • That none of firms Director(s) or the company is bankrupt.
  • Whether or not any of the officers of MAN or app is a former or present Director of the company.

Submission of Documents
The documents are to be submitted in four (4) copies in A4 paper size and neatly bounded. The document should be arranged in the order listed under expression of interest requirements above and clearly separated by dividers, The documents must be sealed in an envelope, the Project Name clearly written at the top left corner of the envelope and the name of the bidding company boldly written at the back.

Closing and Opening Of Submissions
Submission of tender document shall close at exactly 11:30 am on "Thursday, 7^th of September 2017" All submissions will be opened on the same day immediately after closing at the Procurement Conference Room, Maintenance. Yard, FAAN Headquarters, Ikeja, Lagos.

Important Information

• No company is allowed to submit bid documents for more THAN ONE (1) LOT.
• FAAN reserves the right to verify the authenticity of any claims made on the tender documents submitted by Companies.
• MAN reserves the right to reject any or all the tender documents.
• Original of all documents above must be produced for sighting at the opening and any other time requested.
• Tender documents submitted late shall not be opened in line with the Section 27(5) of Public Procurement Act 2007.
• All submissions must be in English language.
• Failure to comply with the instruction(s) and provide any required document(s) may automatically result in disqualification.
• This advert shall not be construed to be a commitment on the part of FAAN, nor shall it entail the Applicant to make any claim(s) whatsoever and/or seek any indemnity from FAAN, by virtue of such applicant having responded to this publication.
