National Steel Raw Materials Exploration Agency (NSRMEA) Kaduna, a parastatal of Ministry of Mines and Steel Development wishes to invite reputable and competent companies with relevant experience and good track record to tender for the under listed contract for the year 2017 Capital Projects.

Qualification Requirements
All submissions must be accompanied with the following documents:

• Certificate of Incorporation with Corporate Affairs Commission.
• Current Tax Clearance Certificate for the last three (3)years (2014, 2015 & 2016)
• Evidence of Compliance Certificate with the Nigeria Social Insurance Trust Fund (NSITF)
• Current Pension Compliance Clearance Certificate from National Pension Commission (PENCOM)
• Evidence of Compliance Certificate with the Industrial Training Fund (ITF) Amendment Act
• Company’s profile with evidence of previous experience in similar jobs including letters of award and completion certificates
• Evidence of registration in the National Database of Federal Contractors, Consultants, and Service providers of the Bureau of Public Procurement (BPP)
• Evidence of Bank references(s) and documents demonstrating availability of fund/liquid assets and/or credit facilities to successfully complete the contract.
• Evidence of payment of a non- refundable tender fee of N30,000.O0 (Thirty Thousand Naira) only, for each project
• Additional requirement specific to each Lot which cannot be indicated here due to space will be contained in the bidding document.

Collection of Tender Documents
All interested bidder should collect bidding documents from room 38 (2’ Floor) of National Steel Raw Materials Exploration Agency, Malali Village ,Kaduna with evidence of payment of tender fees of N30,000 (Thirty Thousand Naira) only for each Lot through TSA code 12020616 and organization code 0233004001.

Bid Submission
Two (2)  Hard copies and soft copy of tender documents (Technical and Financial> are to be submitted in two (2) sealed and separate envelopes clearly
marked and enclosed in one large envelop all labeled with Project name, company's name and Lot No. on the top left, addressed to :

Closing date for submission of bids documents 2^nd Room 36 is 21st August, 2017 at 12 noon.

Submission Closing Date and Time
All tender are to be submitted to the Agency’s Tender Box in Room 36, Exploration House, No. 18 Rabah Road, Malali kaduna on or before 12:00 noon of 21August., 2017.

Bid Opening Date and Time
Bids opening will take place immediately after closing (on 21 August2017 at 12:00 noon) at the Agency’s Conference Room at No. 18 Rabah Road, Malali Village, kaduna.
