Eligible Individuals or Food Vendors Needed by the International Medical Corps (IMC) to Supply Food Commodities.

International Medical Corps (IMC) is a Global Humanitarian, Non-profit Organization dedicated to saving lives and relieving suffering through health care training and relief and development programs. IMC received funding from the European Commission Humanitarian Office (ECHO) for a nutrition project in Sokoto state aiming at reducing the burden of malnutrition in children under five and pregnant and lactating women in Binji and Wamakko LGAs. There is also an ECHO, OFDA and WFP funding in Borno for Emergency WASH, Food Security, Nutrition Health and Gender Based Violence Interventions for Conflict Affected Populations in Maiduguri, Borno state. IMC therefore intends to implement a food voucher lInked to Community Management of Acute Malnutrition (CMAM) interventions in Maisandari Aand B, Auno, Mairi and Dala wards in Jere , Konduga and MMC LGAs. The total number of beneficiaries for this action is 1837 households. It is with this background that IMC seeks eligible individual or registered Food Vendors to supply food commodities. International Medical Corps in Nigeria, is inviting eligible, professional and competent food vendors, suppliers and business companies to submit their competitive quotations to supply food items as described in the tender documents.

The Request for quotation (RFQ) documents can be collected during working days from July 18th to July 21^st  2017 between 9:30am to 16:30 Hours at the following addresses:

The deadline for submitting final offers/quotations is July 25^th 2017 16:30pm (if hand delivered) or at 23:59hrs (if delivered via email on this email address tender.abv@internationalmedicalcorps.org . A full RFQ Award of contract/Purchase Order will follow, after evaluation process against set criteria. International Medical Corps reserves the right to accept or reject any part of, or the entire tender in accordance with internal procedures. The winning bid or bids taken from this competitive bidding process, only by agreement of the winning bid/s, may be considered to supply the named items and or services to International Medical Corps
