Competent Contractors Needed for the Procurement of Basic Hospital Equipments by the Niger State Ministry in Collaboration with Saving One Million Lives Programme

In compliance with Due Process required for award of contracts for procurement of goods, works and services guided by the Public Procurement law of 2010, the Niger State Ministry of Health in collaboration with Saving One Million Lives Programme for Result (SOML PforR) hereby invites interested, competent and reputable contractors to apply for tenders for the proposed under listed projects:

Lot 1: Procurement of basic hospital equipment for the PHCC. They are:

1. Stethoscope
2. Torch light
3. Sphygmomanometer

Lot2: Procurement of basic hospital equipment for the PHCC. They are:

1. Weighing Scale (Adult and Children sizes)
2. Suction Machines
3. Thermometer

Lot3: Procurement of basic hospital equipment for the PHCC. They are:

1. Macintosh
2. Delivery bed/Couch
3. Refrigerator

Eligibility

1. Evidence of registration with Corporate Affairs Commission (CAo of Nigeria
2. Evidence of registration with Niger State Public Procurement Board (NSPPB)
3. Audited Account/Evidence of Tax Clearance Certificate for the past 3 years
4. Value Added Tax registration Certificate and evidence of VAT remittance

Collection of Tender Documents
The tender documents are obtainable from the office of the SOML PforR Accountant. Niger State Ministry of Health, Abdulkareem Lafene Secretariat Complex. Paiko Road, Minna on presentation of original receipt of non refundable tender fee of Fifty Thousand Naira (N50,000.00) only per project in bank draft made payable to Ministry of Health Zenith Bank Account 1011645673.

Submission of Documents
All completed pre-qualification and tender documents must be filled in ink and submitted in sealed envelopes and boldly marked, “Tender Requirements for LOT. Number at NGMOH/SOML PforR, Minna 2017" the top right corner of the envelopes and submitted within (2) weeks from the date of this publication to :

The financial bid should be accompanied with relevant Bid security in form of Bank draft, Managers Cheque or Insurance Bond which should be at least 1% of the financial bid.

Closing of Submission
Submission of tenders commences on Tuesday, 11th July and to close on Tuesday, 25th July, 2017, by 12.00 noon prompt and bid opening commence immediately.
