Invitation for Pre-Qualification and Tender for Outsourced Services

Federal Medical Centre, Gusau, is hereby inviting reputable and interested Companies for Pre-qualification, and Tender for the following Outsourced Services:
LOT 1: Laundry Services
LOT 2: Catering Services
LOT 3: Cleaning Services

Pre-Qualification Requirement
The following Pre-qualification requirement must be submitted by prospective Contractor/companies in a Sealed Envelope.

i. Evidence of Registration with Corporate Affairs Commission.
ii. Evidence of previous jobs done in similar capacities, including letters of award, contact address/phone numbers of clients, for confirmation.
iii. Evidence of financial capacity including 3 years audited financial account and Bank Statement for the past six (6) months.
iv. Evidence of payment of taxes, including VAT Registration and remittances for the past three (3) years.
v. Evidence of Registration with PENCOM.

Collection of Financial Documents
Interested Companies are to collect financial documents from the Administration Department of the Hospital on payment of a non-refundable Tender fee of N40,000.00. Collection of Tender documents start from the date of this publication.

Submission of Pre-Qualification & Financial Documents  
Pm-qualification and Tender documents are to be bound and sealed in 3 separate envelopes marked ‘Pre-qualification for… “Financial Bid for....” (quoting the appropriate Lot title, boldly written on the Top right hand corner of the envelope) and addressed to:

The Medical Director,
Federal Medical Centre,
Gusau1 Zamfara State.

Note: The Pre-qualification/Financial documents should be registered and dropped in the Tender Box located in the Administration block.

Closing and Opening of Tender Date
Submission of Pre-qualification/Tender documents will close on 29th Octobe 2012 by 12Noon while opening of Pre-qualification documents will be done on 29th October, 2012 at 12 Noon prompt, in the Board Room of the Federal Medical Centre, Gusau, All Contractors or their Representatives are invited.
