Request for Development Plan Proposal at the Ibrahim Badamasi Babangida University, Lapai

The Governing Council of Ibrahim Badamasi Babangida University, Lapaih as taken a decision to develop the University’s landed property at Suleja into a World Class Executive Education Campus of the University. Consequently, the Management of the University hereby invite interested, competent and reputable Consortium of Consultants (Architects, Town Planners and Estate Surveyors) to submit a proposal to produce a development Plan for the propose project. The piece of land which measures “46.47” hectares, has some existing structures and is located at the heart of Suleja Town (formerly called Suleja Field Base).

Below is additional information on the proposed project.
The Campus is to have the following uses:

• Academic Uses:- Executive Education Programme.
• Commercial Uses:- International Conference Centre, Shopping Complex, Restaurant, Bookshop, Printing Press and a World Class Hostel Accommodation.
• Recreational, Cultural and Community Centre.
• Open Space and Landscaping.
• Residential Development/Quarters.
• Roads and Utility network and
• Recommend appropriate density for each of the uses.

All Proposal submissions by all interested Consortiums must meet the following requirements:

1. Evidence of incorporation of registration of business with Corporate Affairs Commission.
2. Evidence of Company Audited Account for three (3) years.
3. Evidence of Financial capability and Banking support.
4. Technical capability of the Firm or Company in terms of Equipment, Staff Strength including the profile of the key officers.
5. Verifiable evidence of similar and other jobs successfully executed with their locations.
6. Evidence of three (3) years Tax Clearance
7. VAT Registration and evidence of past VAT remittances

Collection:
Interested Consortiums are expected to present a Bank Draft of non-refundable processing fee of Twenty Thousand Naira (N20, 000:00) only to Registrar, IBB University, Lapai.

M. B 11, Niger State NOT later than 24th December 2014.
