The Kwara State College of Education, Ilorin is desirous to undertake a tender exercise for the implementation of its year 2014 TERTIARY EDUCATION TRUST FUND (TETFUND) normal intervention projects.

Scope of Work

• Construction and Furnishing of 500 Seat Capacity lecture Hall for School of Education COE/ILORIN/TETFUND/13/01.
• Construction and Furnishing of 500 Seat Capacity Lecture Hall for the General Studies Education Department COE/ILORIN/TETFUND/13/02.
• Construction and Furnishing of Academic Staff Office Complex COE/ILORIN/ TETFUND/13/03.
• Procurement of 50No Manual Typewriter, 5No IHP Samsung A/C, 2No Sharp Photocopier Table Top, 100No Retort Stand, 100No Tripod Stand, 80No Burette (50mI) and other various Office Equipment and Learning Materials COE/ILORIN/TETFUND/13/04.
• Procurement of 1No New Model Toyota hate Bus STD Roof (2.7 Ltrs Petrol engine, manual transmission, A/C, AirBag, Antilock Brake, Power Steering, Door lock, Radio) and 2No New Model Toyota Hilux (D/C 2.7 Liitrs Basic Specs for Field Trips and Arabic aculturization Programme) COE/ILORIN/TETFUND/13/05.
• Procurement of 100No HP Branded Desktop Computers, 100No Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS), 2No Table Top Sharp photocopier and 2No A3 HP Printer for the College Information Centre COE/ILORIN/TETFUND/13/06.

Tender Requirements

1. Certificate of Company’s Incorporations with Corporate Affairs Commission, Abuja.
2. Evidence of Registration as Contractor/Supplier (Certificate of Incorporation) with relevant Government Ministries.
3. Current Tax Clearance Certificate for the last three (3) years.
4. Evidence of Company’s Financial Standing.
5. Evidence of Execution and Completion of similar jobs in the past three (3) years.
6. Company’s organization’s structure, including names and resumes of key personnels to be involved in the construction.
7. Evidence of available verifiable plants/equipment for use in the construction.
8. Evidence of registration as Contractor with the College in the appropriate category.
9. Evidence of PENOM Compliance.

Tender Fee
The payment of the stipulated non-refundable tender fee of twenty five thousand naira (N25, 000.00) only per lot should be made payable to Kwara State College of Education, Ilorin through Bank Draft from any accredited Bank.

Closing Date:
12th December 2014

Submission
Submission for the project should be in a sealed envelope and indentifled with the project Ref. number at the top left hand corner and marked “Tender" to be delivered by hand to reach the address stated below not later than 12noon, Friday, 12th December, 2014.

Further submission after the specified time would not be accepted. Opening of the tender will commence by 3:00p.m same day.
