The Polytechnic intends to embark on the procurement of various equipment using its Year 2014 TETFund Special Intervention Fund (D). Interested and reputable contractors with relevant experience are hereby invited to forward their pre-qualification documents for the projects listed below.

Scope of Work

• Procurement of 1000 Nos 5-seater student classroom furniture.
• Procurement and Installation of mechanical Engineering Equipment.
• Procurement of Senior Executive Officers Furniture
• Procurement and Installation of Communication Equipment for Mass Communication Department
• Procurement and Installation of Electrical/Engineering Equipment of both Department

Pre-Qualification Requirements

1. Company Registration with Corporate Affairs Commission
2. Company Tax Clearance Certificate for the last Three (3) years
3. Evidence of Registration with PENCOM
4. Evidence of Registration with ITF
5. Company Profile
6. Evidence of Registration with the Polytechnic
7. Evidence of Similar Jobs Executed
8. Evidence of Bank Reference
9. Current Audited Accounts of the company.

Originals of A, B, C & D Should be produced for sighting during opening.

Closing Date:
1st December 2014

Submission of Pre-Qualification Documents
Completed documents, which must be sealed and marked with the title of the project on the TOP LEFT-HAND CORNER OF THE ENVELOPE should be dropped in a pre-qualification box in the Office of the Registrar not later than 1st December, 2014.

Opening of Pre-Qualification/Tender Documents
Opening of the documents shall take place on the closing date of the submission. The venue will be in the Polytechnic Board Room.
