Pre-Qualification Requirements
Interested applicants are required to submit two (2) copies of Pre-qualification documents which should include:

1. Evidence of Registration with the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC)
2. Tax clearance certificate for the last three years (2011 -2013)
3. Value Added Tax registration and evidence of payment for the last three years.
4. Company Audited Financial Statements for three years (2011 -2013)
5. Company resume and Management structure
6. Details of equipment to be deployed for the Project(s)
7. PENCOM Compliance Certificate in 2014
8. Industrial Training Fund Compliance Certificate in 2014
9. Record of past projects over the last five (5) years. Please include project completion Certificate
10. Evidence of Registration of Staff with Professional bodies as at 2014
11. Evidence of Financial capability from reputable bank and Statement of Account for the last 12 months
12. Certificate of Practice from relevant Professional bodies and evidence of up- to-date payment of dues
13. Sworn Affidavit that none of its Directors has been convicted in any Country
14. Sworn Affidavit indicating that all document submitted are genuine and verifiable
15. Bank Reference letter
16. Any other information.

Submission
All submissions should be enclosed in sealed envelope and marked “2012/2013 (MERGED) TETFund Normal Intervention Projects” indicating the LOT applied for and should be delivered to The Registrar, Federal University of Technology, P. M. B. 65, Minna, Niger State not later than 1.00pm, 15th December 2014.
Pre-qualification documents will be opened at the Senate Chamber, Main Campus, Gidan Kwano, Minna at 2.00p.m. on same day.
