Invitation for Pre-Qualification to procure the services of a Security Company in the 2014 Capital Projects at the Abubakar Tafawa Balewa University Teaching Hospital

The Abubakar Tafawa Balewa University Teaching Hospital, Bauchi, intends to procure the services of a Security Company; interested reputable Companies are hereby invited to submit Pre- Qualification Documents to that effect in the 2014 Capital Projects.

Invitation for Pre-Qualification to procure the services of a Security Company in the 2014 Capital Projects 

Pre-Qualification Requirements:

1. Evidence of Compliance Certificate of Incorporation and Registration with the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC).
2. Evidence of Company Tax Clearance Certificate for the last three years (2011, 2012 and 2013).
3. Evidence of Value Added Tax registration and remittance for three years
4. Evidence of Current Pension Clearance Certificate from PENCOM.
5. Audited account for the past (3) three years (2011, 2012 and 2013).
6. Comprehensive Company profile with names and CVs of Directors
7. Details of equipment/Vehicles
8. Bank reference letter
9. Evidence of execution of similar contracts including letter or certificate of successful completion to be attached
10. Evidence of Registration with the Nigeria Security Civil Defense Corps (NSCDC).

Closing Date:
Closing date for submission is Monday 8th December, 2014 by 12:00 noon and opening will be at same time on the same day.

Submission of Pre- Qualification Documents
Pre-qualification documents should be submitted in sealed wax envelope marked 2014 PRE-QUALIFICATION at upper right hand side of the document which must be dropped into the tender box situated at the Administration building on or before 8th December, 2014, addressed to:
