The ECOWAS Commission, within the framework of the execution of its budget, invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for Equipping the ECOWAS SAP Training Center according to the following lots:

Lot 1: Office Furniture
Lot 2: Computer Equipment & accessories (Connectivity equipment)

A Bidder can bid for one or both lots.

Collection
A complete set of the Bidding Documents may be purchased by interested bidders on the submission of a written application to the Director of General Administration and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of N 20,000.00 (Twenty thousand Naira only).

Closing Date:
16th October 2014

Submission
Bids should be delivered in a sealed envelope and deposited in the ECOWAS Tender Box located in the Office of the Commissioner, General Administration & Conference, 5th Floor ECOWAS Commission, 101 Yakubu Gowon Crescent , Asokoro District, PMB 401, Abuja, Nigeria and clearly marked:

“Tender for Equipping the ECOWAS SAP TRAINING CENTER/Lot no--, Do Not Open, Except in Presence of the Procurement Committee” on or before Thursday October 16th, 2014 at 10.30am at the latest.
The Price, Specifications, Delivery and Validity Period should be clearly indicated.
Bids must be accompanied by a bid guarantee (bank guarantee or insurance bond) of:

Lot 1: N200, 000.00
Lot 2: N350, 000.00

Bids will be opened in the presence of bidders’ representatives who choose to attend, on Thursday October 16, 2014 at 11.00 am at the ECOWAS Commission, 101, Yakubu Gowon Crescent, Asokoro, Abuja, Nigeria, electronic mail address:
