Invitation to Tender for the execution of some Works at Federal Science, & Technical College, Awka

The Federal Science and Technical College, Awka, Anambra State, hereby invites interested and competent company/contractor to submit Technical and Financial bids for the following works and suppIies to the college.

Scope of Work:

MDG PROJECT
LOT 1: Construction of VIP Toilets and Bath rooms.
LOT2: Provision of modern kitchen & renovation /completion of Dinning hall.
LOT 3: Reticulation of water supply.

2014 CAPITAL. PROJECT
LOT 4: Purchase of 1 no 30 Seater Coaster bus.
LOT 5: Provision of water treatment liwilities.
LOT 6: Construction of a Duplex and 2 storey of 3 flats
LOT 7: Rehabilitation, Repairs of Street LighrlElectricuy System.
LOT8: Rehabilitation of 2 blocks of Clasrooms.
LOT 9: Rehabilitation of Schol Multipurpose Hall
LOT 10: Construction of drainage system/erosion control
LOT 11: Procurement of Hardwares and Softwares

Requirements
All bids must be accompanied with the following documents;

1. Evidence of registration with corporate Affairs and Memorandom of Association
2. Evidence of Tax Clearance certificate in the last 3 years ending 31st Decemher 201 3
3. Evidence of remittanee of ITF Training contribution
4. Evidence of VAT Registration and Remittances
5. Evidence of Pension remittance
6. Company Bank Statement for the Iast 12months and bank reference froms Nigerian Batik
7. Verifiable Evidence of similar jobs successfully completed in last 3 years
8. Full details of company profile indicating the personnel/technical

Officers to be attached to the job stating role, designations, qualifications and experience. Attached photocopies of profesrsional certificates, curriculum Vital (CV) where applicable. The Company name, legal status. Verifiable contact address, e-mail, telephone numbers and web site if any are essential.

Collection of Tender Documents
Tender document should be collected from the office of the Vice-Principal (Special Duties) on payment of non-refundable tender fees of N15, 000.00 Fifteen thousand, naira only for suppliers and N25,00000 (Twenty five Thousand naira only (or works to the college Bursar)

Closing Date:
8th October 2014

Submisssion
The tender document shall be submitted in two (2) copies, all pages dully endorsed by the bidder and thereafter be scaled and labelled (“Technical and Financial bids as appropriate”) separately and the two envelopes put in another envelop that shall be sealed and labelled as Technical and Financial Bids for lot and delivered by hand to:

The opening will be the same day at 1:00pm at the Conference Hall, FSTC Awka.
