The Governing Council of Ladoke Akintola University of Technology, Ogbomoso, invites interested and qualified Contractors for pre-qualitlcation for the Construction of ‘The Hall’.

Pre-Qualification Requirements

1. Evidence of Registration with Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC) by inclusion of Certificate of Incorporation and Articles of Association
2. Registration with LAUTECH in relevant category
3. Company Audited Account for the last 3 years. (2011, 2012, 2013)
4. Evidences of Tax Clearance Certificate for the last 3 years. (2011, 2012, 2013)
5. Evidence of Financial Capability
6. Experiences/Technical qualification and experiences of key personnel
7. Similar verifiable projects executed and evidence of knowledge of the industry.
8. Equipment and technical capacity
9. Annual Turnover.
10. VAT Registration and evidence of past VAT remittances.
11. Evidence of compliance with the provision of Pension Reform Acts.
12. Evidence of compliance with the provisions of the Industrial Training Fund (ITF) Amendment Act No. 19 of 2011.
13. Evidence of payment of non-refundable pre-qualification fee of N 100,000.00 through Bank Draft in favour of LADOKE AKINTOLA UNIVERSITY OF TECHNOLOGY, OGBOMOSO, to be exchanged for University official receipt at the Bursary Department.
14. Arrangement of document to follow the list above and appropriately numbered with a table of content indicating the pages or folios on which the items are to be found.
15. Any submission that does not conform to this format shall not be processed further.
16. A statement of Declaration that:
17. The Directors of the Company seeking Pre-qualification had never been convicted in criminal proceedings by court of law.
18. None of the key procurement officers of the Ladoke Akintola University of Technology, Ogbomoso, is a former or present Director of the Company.

Submission of Pre-Qualification Document
The Pre-qualification documents must be submitted in a binder of five (5) copies in a wax-sealed envelope to be addressed to the:

Ladoke Akintola University of Technology,
Ogbomoso.

• The envelope will be marked “Pre-Qualification” with the appropriate project name boldly written on the top of the envelope and to be dropped in a tender box in the Office of the ACTING Registrar, not later than 19th September 2014.

Invitation
Contractors are hereby requested to indicate their interest in participating in the pre-qualificacion exercise, following which only qualified contractors with proven track records on similar works will be invited to competitively tender for the project.
