Request for Expression of Interest/ Invitation to Tender for Consultancy Service at the Council of Nigerian Mining Engineers and Geoscientists (COMEG)

The CouncH of Nigerian Mining Engineers and Geoscientists (COMEG) hereby invite interested, competent and reputable Consultants to submit Expression of Interest (EOI) for the following consultancy service:

Request for Expression of Interest/ Invitation to Tender for Consultancy Service at the Council of Nigerian Mining Engineers and Geoscientists (COMEG)

Professional Development Training Programme on;
Hands-on Training of Professionals on Preparation of Bankable Mining feasibility Study Report.

Guiding Criteria for selection
The selection of the Consultants/Contractors will be in accordance with the procedures set out in Guidelines published by Bureau of Public Procurement.

Eligibility/Criteria and Expected Contents of Expression of Interest
Prospective applicants are requested to submit their Expressions of Interest that demonstrate capability and capaaty to undertake the assignments, detailing the following information as basis for short-listing for further evaluation in which technical and financial proposals will be requested and reviewed accordingly.

1. Evidence of Registration with Corporate Affair Commission (CAC)
2. Detailed Company Profile showing experience
3. Evidence of Corporate Registration with COMEG
4. Evidence of Tax payments for the past 3-years
5. VAT Registration Certificate and Evidence of Remittance
6. Evidence of compliance with Provisions of Pension Reform Act 2004 as contained in Section 16(6d) of the Public Procurement Act
7. Evidence of compliance with Section 6(1)-(3) of Industrial Training Fund (ITF) Amended Act 2011

General Terms and Conditions:
Expression of interest must be in English Language and submitted in the Tender Box provide in Two (2) copies (one Origtnal) and One (1) copy in a sealed envelope clearly marked “COMEG — Expression of Interest’ for (specify assignment) at the address below on or before 8th September 2014:

Invitation to Tender
LOT 1: Expansion of Data Base and E- Library.
Collection of Tender Documents
Any Interested company/contractor should collect bidding documents on the payment of non-refundable Tender fee of Ten thousand naira only (N 10,000.00) in certified Bank Draft in favour of COMEG from the Procurement Unit.

Requirement for Tendering:

1. Evidence of Registration with Corporate Affair Commission (CAC).
2. Detailed Company Profile showing experience.
3. Evidence of Tax payments for the past 3-years.
4. VAT Registration Certificate and Evidence of Remittance.

Opening of Bids
