Pre-Qualification Requirements:
Interested applicants are required to submit pre-quallfication documents which should include:
- Evidence of registration with Corporate Affairs Commission
- Tax Clearance Certificate for the last three years (2011-2013).
- The Firm/Company Profile and management structure and registration with relevant professional bodies.
- Verifiable documentary evidence of similar jobs that had been successfully executed within the last five (5) years (please include project completion certificates)
- Company Audited Financial Statements for the last three (3) years (2011 —2013)
- Details of equipment to be deployed for the project (for lot ‘A’ please).
- Evidence of Financial capabilities (attached copy of last six months bank statement)
- Evidence of compliance with Pension Reforms Act 2004 in 2014.
- Evidence of compliance with Industrial Training Fund Amendment Act 2011 in 2014.
- A sworn affidavit that none of its Directors has been convicted in any Country.
- A sworn affidavit that all documents submitted are genuine and verifiable.
- Bank Reference letter.
- All relevant information concerning physical address telephone, e-mail of the company.
- Evidence of VAT registration.
- Any other information.
Collection of Tender Document:
Tender documents should be collected from the Cash Office, Bursary Department, Main Campus, Gidan Kwano, Minna upon presentation of evidence of payment of a non-refundable fee made in bank draft payable to the Federal University of Technology, Minna.

Two copies of Technical and Financial bids must be in separate envelopes and clearly marked appropriately and enclosed in the sealed large envelope and clearly marked with the name of the tender/LOT and addressed to:
