Invitation for the Expression of Interest in the Projects of the Ilorin West Local Government Council

Ilorin West Local Government Council, Oja-Oba/Lubeon Warrah Road Ilorin, Kwara state invites interested contractors/civil, building and electrical engineering companies to submit Expression of Interest/Bill of quantity for the following proposed council projects.
   
 Invitation for the Expression of Interest in the Projects of the Ilorin West Local Government Council
     
      1    (i)  Construction ofa block of 2 classrooms.
            (ii)  Renovation of a block of2 classrooms in each ofthe 12 wards in the area.
      2    (i)   Procurement and Installation of 3 No. 500/1 IKVATransformers.
            (ii)  Procurement and Installation of 3 No. 200/33KVA Transformers.
            (iii) Procurement and Installation of 3 No. 300/33KVA Transformers.
      3     (i)  Construction of standard Health clinic
             (ii)  Supply of furniture and equipment
      4     (i)  Construction of 2No. Motorized Boreholes with tank stand
             (ii) Construction of 24 No. Hand pump Boreholes

Requirements

1. Certificate of company’s incorporation with the Corporate Affairs Commission
2. Certificate of company’s registration with Ilorin West Local Government and Kwara State
3. Current tax certificate for 3 years
4. Evidence of company’s financial standing.
5. Company organization structure, including names and resume of key personnel to be involved in the project.
6. Evidence of execution and completion of similar jobs in the last 3 years.

General Information
All enquiries regarding the details about advertisement should be directed to Secretary, Ilorin West Local Government Tenders’ Board between 9:00am and 4:00pm from day of publication to Friday of the following week (excluding Saturday and Sunday).

Bidding Fee
Interested bidders should liaise with the Secretary Tenders’ Board for information.

15th August 2014

Submission

All submissions for the projects should be sealed, enveloped and marked ‘Invitation For Expression of Interest in Ilorin West Local Government Projects’ and must be submitted not later than the closing date. The submission should be made to the Secretary Ilorin West Local Government Tenders’ Board.
