Job Title: External Auditors
Pre-Qualification Requirements for External Auditors Interested Audit Firms are invited to submit the following documents in their applications:
- Tax clearance certificate for the past three (3) years:
- Evidence of company registration with the Corporate Affairs Commission;
- Evidence of company registration with the Office of the Auditor General of the Federation;
- Evidence of company registration with relevant professional body(ies) in Nigeria and or overseas:
- Verifiable list of similar and other audit jobs successfully done with their locations and dates. Please, include copies of letters of such appointments;
- A vowed application auditing methods. equipment and materials for providing the service. State whether these are indigenous/privately patented, on lease, hired or owned; and
- List of name s and curriculum vitae of professionals in the employ of the audit firm, their qualifications and years of experience, should be indicated with photocopies of their professional certificates attached where applicable.

Methods of Application:
All interested Audit Firms must be registered with the Obafemi Awolowo University Teaching Hospitals Complex as Contractors/Suppliers and must pay a non-refundable fee of Thirty Thousand Naira (N30,000.00) to any of the Cash Points in the institution . The copy of the above receipt must be enclosed with the pre-qualification requirements for the application to be submitted.

Interested Audit Firms must submit two (2) separate hard copies and a soft copy of their applications in wax sealed envelopes and marked
"External Auditors" Application on the top right hand side of the envelopes and addressed to:

Only application forms of shortlisted audit firms will be acknowledged. The Hospital shall not enter into any correspondence with any unsuccessful firm.
