The Nigerian Christian Pilgrim Commission (NCPC) intends to carry out the Ground Handling of Nigerian Christian Pilgrims to Israel, Rome and Greece under the 2014 Christian Pilgrimage Operation.

The NCPC therefore, wishes to Request for Proposals (RfP) from interested and competent firms with qualification and experience to provide minimum of three (3) star hotel accommodations in a secure environment and all logistics for the pilgrims. The detail scope of services is in the RfP:

Eligibility Criteria
Foreign companies applying must partner with a Nigerian Company.
Bidders should provide the following as responsive minimum requirement for the project:-

• Evidence of Company Registration
• Verifiable Tax Clearance Certificates for the Last 3 years 2011, 2012 & 2013.
• Evidence of Remittances of Pension and Social Security Contribution, and Industrial Training Fund (ITF) contribution;
• VAT Registration and Remittances
• Detailed Company Profile
• For Joint Venture, include agreement;
• Annual Auditors Report for the last 3 years (2011, 2012 & 2013) with turnover of $7million USD in any of the years.
• Additional technical documentation requirements to be submitted by bidders are contained in the RfP.

• The Request for Proposals will be opened same date by 100pm at the Nigerian Christian Pilgrim Commission Abuja, Nigeria.
• Only firms whose technical proposals fulfill the minimum requirements would be considered for the next stage and agreement will be signed with only the successful bidder (Ground Handler).
