Redeemer Unversity Invites for Pre-qualification for the Construction of Works at Redeemer University, Ogun State

Redeemer’s University is a world class teaching and research institution with well equipped and functional facilities across discipline, particularly, in the Humanities, Social and Management Sciences, and Natural Sciences. The recent emergence of Redeemer’s University as the African Center of Excellence for Genomics of infectious Diseases (ACEGID) to be funded by the World Bank attests to the high standard of the overall system of the university.
 

Redeemer University Invites for Pre-qualification for the Construction of Works at Redeemer’s University
 

Due to the planned movement to its permanent site at Ede, Osun State, the University hereby invites contractors for pre-qualification for various construction works, including the construction of:

• Cafeteria
• Health Centre
• Crèche, Nursery/Primary School
• Blocks of staff quarters

Competent and interested contractors are hereby invited to submit the following:

• Evidence of registration with the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC), including articles of memorandum;
• Evidence of audited account prepared by a chartered accounting firm for the last three (3) years;
• Evidence of tax payment/tax clearance certificate for the last three (3) years;
• Company profile showing the name and address of the company, list of key personnel/officers to be attached to the project, stating their roles, designation, qualifications and experience; Enclose photocopies of professional certificates and Curriculum Vitae, where applicable.
• Verifiable evidence of jobs of similar scope and type successfully executed within the last five (5) years, or presently being handled.
• List of projects, stating type, date of award, location, completion period, value, client and consultants, completed in the last five(S) years.
• List of on-going projects handled by the company, stating date of award, location, value and status of work.
• List of equipment to be used for the project, available for immediate inspection, and their locations;
• Please state whether the equipment are on lease or owned;
• Names of bankers and source of finance;
• Bank reference to be submitted also;

• Due diligence shall be carried out on the companies to verify claims included in the submissions:
• Only the pre-qualified contractors shall be invited for tender.
• This advertisement should not be construed as a commitment on the part of Redeemer’s University, nor shall it entitle responding companies to seek any indemnity from the University by virtue of such companies having responded to this advertisement.
• Interested companies shall be required to apply, with a non-refundable fee of N50, 000.00 (Fifty Thousand Naira only) per lot/project, payable to the appropriate University account. Interested companies are to submit their properly-binded pre-qualification documents (both in hard copy and soft copy in CD format) in wax-sealed envelopes, appropriately marked at the top-left corner, to the following address:
