Invitation to Tender Contractors for the Clearing of Refuse and Slit From the Channelized Sections of Ogunpa River

Tenders are hereby invited from qualified contractors for the clearing of refuse and silt from the channelized sections of Ogunpa River. The Channel comprises twenty (20) Sections beginning from Texaco Area, Mokola up to Sango Bridge on Ibadan-Lagos Expressway.

Condition for Eligibility
Bidders are to obtain Bid Documents after payment of a non- refundable fee of Ten Thousand Naira (N 10,000.00) only for each Section at Room 21, Ministry of Environment and Habitat, Secretariat, Ibadan beginning from Thursday 23rd January to Thursday 6th February, 2014.
Completed Bid Documents are to be returned with following document:

• Registration of Company with the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC);
• Evidence of Registration of business premises with the Ministry of Trade and Investment, Oyo State;
• Evidence of Registration with Bureau of Public Procurement of Oyo State;
• Tax Clearance of two Directors of the Company for three years consecutively

Submission of Tender
All valid applications containing the above listed requirements are to be enclosed in 12” x 16” envelopes addressed to:

• The tender address should be written at the far left corner of the envelope and should be submitted before the closing date of this publication.
• The tender should be submitted with the section bidded
• Bids will be opened in the presence of all applicants by the Cabinet Office of the Executive Governor at 2:00pm on Friday, 28th February, 2014.
• Late submission will be rejected.
