Request for Expression of Interest for Fit-Out Of Office Interior for the World Bank Group, Lagos State

The World Bank Group (World Bank), on behalf of the International Finance Corporation (IFC) a member of the World Bank Group requests for Expression of Interest (REI) to pre-qualify General Contractors for receipt of a solicitation for Fit-Out Works for its office space in Lagos Nigeria.

Request for Expression of Interest for Fit-Out Of Office Interior for the World Bank Group

The works will include but are not limited to the following activities; demolition and stripping out existing finishes and installations; fixing and commissioning of new services (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, Data/Security); fixing new suspended ceilings: laying of new floor finishes (Tiles, Carpets and Vinyl flooring); erecting partitions (Glazed and Plasterboard); finishing and painting of walls and ceilings: fixing of architectural metal work to window openings; installing doors; re-finishing retained timber works; assembling furniture / joinery; fixing of signage; etc
The World Bank encourages participation from local firms.
