The Federal Polytechnic, Ilaro hereby invites interested reputable Estate Developers, to submit expression of Interest for the Construction of Students Hostel, on Build, Operate and Transfer (BOT) basis on the Campus of the Federal Polytechnic, Ilaro.
 

Invitation for Expression of Interest in the Construction of Students Hostel on Build, Operate and Transfer (BOT) Basis on the Campus of the Federal Polytechnic

Scope of work:

• Building a 500 - 1,000 capacity Students Hostel
• Maintenance of the building structure, including the rooms, toilets, etc
• Maintenance of the surroundings, including the lawns, hedges and sewage, all the year round
• Maintenance of constant water supply and all electrical systems within the buildings
• Provision of adequate security within and in the surroundings of the Hostel

Requirements:

• Certificate of Company’s incorporation with the Corporate Affairs Commission
• Current Tax Clearance Certificate for the last three (3) years.
• Evidence of Company’s financial standing.
• Ability to relate well with a large group of young adults
• Evidence, of execution and completion of similar jobs, in the last three (3) years

Bidding fee:
Interested bidders should pay a non-refundable fee of Ten Thousand Naira (N10, 000.00) only to the Federal Polytechnic, Ilaro, in certified bank draft from any commercial bank in Nigeria.
