Expression of Interest in Consultancy Services for the Youth Empowerment Programme, Abuja

The Federal Government of Nigeria through the Federal Ministry of Youth Development is desirous of carrying out Youth Empowerment Programme in Zamfara West Senatorial District, Zamfara State. The services of a Consultant in Youth Empowerment Programme are therefore required in order to achieve this goal.
 

Expression of Interest in Consultancy Services for the Youth Empowerment Programme

Request for Expression of Interest (EOI) s hereby being sought from interested consulting firms for Youth Empowerment Programme as follows:

• Training of Youths in different Trades with a view to making them self- employed;
• Leadership Training;
• Entrepreneurship Training; and
• Provision of Start-up grant/equipment/materials

Eligibility Criteria requirement For the Expression of Interest
The requirements for the Expression of Interest (EOI) ,for the prospective consulting firms are as follows:

• Evidence of Registration with Corporate Affairs Commission;
• Detailed Profile of the firm, including Curriculum Vitae of Professional staff for the project, academic and professional certificates, and attestation of availability;
• Details and proof of similar and verifiable project(s) successfully executed by the firm in the past, please attach copies of transaction documents including project Completion Certificate;
• Evidence affirms Audited Accounts for 2011, 2012 and 2013;
• Evidence of current tax clearance for the past three (3) years, 2011, 2012and2013
• Evidence of VAT Registration and Remittance;
• Evidence of financial capability supported with Bank references from a reputable bank;
• Evidence of compliance with Pension Act 2004; ix, Evidence of compliance with NSITF Act; and
• Address of Head office other firm.
