Pre-Qualification Requirements
- Interested Companies are required to submit the following documents:
- Registration with the Corporate Affairs Commission (C.A.C)
- 3 years Tax Clearance Certificate (2011-2013);
- Submission of PENCOM’s Certificate of Compliance, confirming Company’s fulfillment of its statutory obligation to the employee in respect to Pensions
- Evidence of 1% ITF Training Contributions
- VAT Registration and past evidence of remittances
- Last three (3) Year’s Company’s Audited Account (2011-2013)
- Evidence of Financial Capability and Banking Support including Annual Turn-over
- A detailed company profiles showing list of professional staff, their qualification and experience;
- Evidence of technical capability and experience with similar project executed in the last three (3) years (letters of award and completion certificates to be attached);
- Telephone (GSM) number(s) of the Principal Partners of the Firm

Please note:
- The Prequalification/Tender documents submitted on/or before the closing date and time shall be opened at Commission’s premises immediately after the closure.
- No Company shall apply for more than one (I) Lot.
- Only firms that are successful from the Pre-qualification exercise shall be contacted and invited for financial bids.
