The University of Benin Teaching Hospital (UBTH) wishes to procure the services of the following professionals:

Request for Expression of Interest for External Quantity Surveyors, External Solicitors and Auctioneers

• External Solicitors
• External Quantity Surveyors
• Auctioneers

The proposed procurement are borne out of the need to consolidate the Hospital’s legal framework and capacity, and, to ensure cost effectiveness, accountability and transparency in the utilization of public funds through the preparation of realistic in- house cost estimates for projects executed by the Hospital’s Management. To this end, the Hospital hereby solicits Expression of Interest (Eol) from suitably qualified firms of External Solicitors (preferably with cognate experience in health-related issues), Quantity Surveyors (with at least five years experience in the construction industry) and Auctioneers to tender for the relevant services to the Hospital.

Requirements
Interested firms should submits expression of interest to contain the following information to be supported with documentary evidence:

• Detailed profile of the firm
• Certificate of incorporation
• Evidence of Tax Clearance Certificates of the principal partners for the last three years
• Evidence of compliance with ITF provisions and remittances
• Evidence of compliance with PENCOM provisions and remittance (where applicable)
• Evidence of registration with relevant professional bodies
• Practicing license of the principal partner
• Evidence of past performances
• Sworn Affidavit indicating that all document submitted are genuine and verifiable
