Invitation for Pre-Qualification Contractors for the Construction of Prototype Blocks/Fabrication and Supply of 3rd/4th Quarters UBEC/SUBEB Intervention Projects 2012 and Consultancy Services



The State Universal Basic Education Board (SURER) Gombe invites tenders from reputable contractors for the construction Of prototype Blocks at Dukku and Talasse model primary schools together with fabrication/supply of furniture under 3rd and 4th Quarters UBEC/SUBEB Intervention projects 2012 and consultancy services.


Pre-qualification requirements:

• Evidence of Company Registration with Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC)
• Company’s current Tax Clearance Certificate for the past (3) years,
• Company’s VAT Registration Certificate.
• Letter of attestation of good financial standing of the bank including name and address of the Banks;
• Bank Guarantee or Insurance bond
• Evidence of previous similar contracts stating contract value and showing evidence of award and timely completion
• Evidence of Company’s Registration with SURER, Gombe
