Invitation to Tender an Expression of Interest as a Marketing Agent, Abuja


The Nigeria Deposit Insurance Corporation (NDIC) is the Publisher of Nigerian Banking Law Report (NBLR) a which is a compendium of decisions involving Banking cases by the Superior Courts in Nigeria and wishes to invite reputable Bookshops, Book Vendors to Express interest for the sales of Volumes 1-4 and 7&8 of the Nigerian Banking Law Reports on commission basis.


Conditions for Eligibility
Interested companies are required to submit their proposal detailing their company’s capabilities. All Expression of Interest must be accompanied with the following:

• Evidence of Company Registration with corporate Affairs Commission (AC) in Nigeria
• The current 3 years Tax Clearance Certificate of the company (2010 2012)
• Evidence of having successfully carried out similar functions within the past three years
• Proof of company understands of the assignment.
• Company profile indicating qualification and experience of key marketing staff
• Evidence of VAT registration arid remittance to relevant tax authority
• Evidence of compliance with Pension and ITF Acts; including proof of remittance

Submission of Expression Nest Documents
Five (5) bound copies of the Expression of Interest’ must be submitted in sealed envelopes clearly marked on the right hand top corner “Expression of Interest as a Marketing Agent for NBLR” and addressed to:


Director of administration department
Nigeria deposit insurance corporation (NDIC)’
Plot 447/448 Constitution Avenue,
Central Business District,
Abuja, Nigeria.


The tender is to be dropped in the tender box on the Ground Floor reception in the Head Office. Companies dropping tenders are expected to sign the tender register on the 2” floor, Admin Dept, before dropping the tenders.
Submission of tender by post or courier will not be acceptable, and any tender received at the designated of location after the required time and date shall be considered late and non-responsive.


Opening of the Tenders:
Opening of tenders will be on Monday 30th December, 2013, by 1200 noon immediately after closing of Expression of Interest.

To The Venue of the Tender opening is the Corporation’s Waiting Room, Ground Floor, NDIC Head Office Building, Abuja


Closing date:
30th December, 2013.
Time: 12.00noon


Additional Information:

• Failure to satisfactorily fulfill the conditions as requested above will result to invalidation of such tender.
• Only firms capable of executing the projected would be contacted.
• NDIC shall reserve the right to reject any Submission based on unverifiable information.
