1.) The Office of the Surveyor General of the Federation (OSGOF invites interested reputable and qualified companies to submit Technical and Financial Bids respectively for the under listed Projects:
A. Topographic Mapping in Digital Format at Scale 1;25:000 for the following:
- Lot 1: SS 254 - Danga | SS 274-Tissa | SS 275-Ashaku
- Lot 2: SS 273-Takum | SS 292 - Kasimbila | SS 293 - Bisania
- Lot 3: SS 117- Konkwesso | SS 118 -Yelwa
- Lot 4: SS 138 – Kubla | SS 137 - Babana
- Lot 5:55 160 - Kainji | SS 161 - Fashe
- Lot 6: SS 229 - Udegi | SS 249 - Soka
- Lot 7: SS 232 - Akiri | SS 252 - Akwana
- Lot 8: SS291-Obudu | SS 305-Mukuru
- Lot 9: SS 304 - Bansha | SS 315 - Ikom
- Lot 10: SS 263- Ondo SS 264 - Akure
B.) Lot 11: Procurement and Installation of 1No. GNSS/CORS equipment (Trimble Net 8) and accessories (IGS Standard) with alternative Power. Source (Panel) at Minna, Niger State.
C.) Lot 12: On point solution and e-commerce prepaid for on4ine procurement of OSGOF Geo-Information Products.
D.) Lot 13: Uploading of Geo-Data into the Database to implement the data base by populating it with 22,000 numbers of OSGOF data that are in Digital Format.
2.) Technical Capacity/Financial Bid Requirements
Certificate of Incorporation with Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC);.
- Tax Clearance for the past three (3) years,
- VAT Registration Certificate/Evidence of Remittance
- Evidence of financial capacity to handle the project or banking support,
- List of personnel: their qualification and experiences in similar works,
- List of instrument/equipment and evidence of ownership or lease,
- List of similar jobs successfully executed within the last three years,
- Evidence of Payment of Pension Contribution by prospective bidding companies,
- Evidence of Registration with the Surveyors Council of Nigeria (SURCON) and evidence of payment of practicing fee for the current year where applicable,
- Evidence of technical, operational and managerial capabilities,
- Evidence of Enlistment of company with the Surveyors Council of Nigeria (SURCON) to practice in the current year where applicable,
- Name and e-mail address and telephone number of the CEO of the company and,
- Evidence of payment of Tender fee of N 10,000 per lot.
3.) Closing Date/Submission of Tenders
Submission of bids shall be in two (2) separate envelops, sealed and clearly marked separately as
TECHNICAL and
FINANCIAL respectively indicating the job the company is applying for, lot number and should be addressed to
“The Secretary, Ministerial Tenders Board, OSGOF”. The sealed envelope (i.e technical and Financial Bids) should be enclosed in a bigger envelop and is to be dropped by hand into the Tender Box of the OSGOF on or before
12 noon, Tuesday, 28th May, 2013.
4.) Public Opening of Bids
Public opening of Technical bids will take place at the Conference Room of the Office of the Surveyor General of the Federation by
1:30pm, Tuesday, 28th May, 2013. NGOs and the General Public are encouraged to attend, please, Successful contractors or their representatives short listed from the Technical bid Evaluation shall be invited to witness the public opening of the Financial Bids on
Friday, 31st May, 2013 at 1:30pm in the Conference Room of the Office of the Surveyor General of the Federation. NGOs, Nigeria Institution of Surveyors and General public are encouraged to witness the financial bid opening, please.
